Storm Damage – Mooresville Condo

Storm damage occurred at this Mooresville condominium when high winds sent debris flying through the kitchen window. Plenty of rainwater followed covering the kitchen floor of this second story condo. The residents were away on vacation, so the water had some time to sit and cause damage. The situation was unfortunately discovered by the first-floor resident when water came through his ceiling. The residents were contacted by their neighbor, and SERVPRO was selected to come clean up the water immediately. We met with the resident’s insurance adjuster and then began to clean up the storm damage. We cleaned up the glass and suctioned the standing water from the floor. We set up commercial air movers and dehumidifiers to aid in the drying process.
