Commercial mold damage at this Mooresville office was the result of moisture building up from a leak above the ceiling. The leak initially created only minor water damage, but over time the water damage grew and then mold damage set in as moisture and darkness above the ceiling and behind the walls provided the ideal conditions for mold to grow.
