Commercial Water Damage – Statesville

Commercial water damage occurred when the flat roof of this Statesville gymnasium failed during a terrible storm. A significant amount of rainwater was allowed to enter the facility and pooled on the floor of the gymnasium and the adjacent weight room. The flooring was a rubberized surface making water extraction easier especially since we had been called in so quickly. We brought trailer mounted water extraction equipment to do the job. Once the water was removed there was still a very high humidity content in the building which could impact the walls and other surfaces negatively. So we set up an array of commercial air movers and dehumidifiers including a trailer mounted refrigerated desiccant dehumidifier to aid in the drying process.
