Drying Water Damage in a Statesville Business

A toilet supply line on the second floor of this building broke and caused flooding on both floors. The customer needed an immediate response because the first floor was where they conducted business! Since we are available 24/7, we dispatched a crew right away to begin extracting and drying the water. 

One of our priorities in this property was drying the hardwood floors because, given enough moisture, the planks can warp, which could require a full replacement. Fortunately, we were able to react quickly and dry the floor before any severe damage took hold.
