We recently spent some time talking with employees at SERVPRO of Iredell County to find out why they work for SERVPRO and how they feel they can help customers.

After years in the restoration and cleanup industry, Randy and Kim decided to start their own SERVPRO franchise and incorporated in January 2009, just after the recession hit. While it was a slow start, they took every job and treated their customers with empathy and respect. Today, they have over 70 employees and operate four franchises that serve the entire Unifour region, including Lenoir, NC; Morganton, NC; Hickory, NC; Newton, NC; and Conover, NC. Their employees take to the streets 24/7/365 to meet the disaster restoration needs of our customers.
