When our home was damaged by three large pine trees by 95mph winds in September 2019 SERVPRO of Iredell came to the rescue. We had water damage to our ceiling and carpeting. Thomas came surveyed and immediately took action and did what he said he would do. SERVPRO employees were very professional and knew what to do. Great job.

Everyone was really exceptional!

We had a burst pipe due to freezing temperatures. My insurance agent had me call SERVPRO of Iredell County. Honestly, I had heard of SERVPRO before but wasn't sure what they did. Everyone I dealt with was professional and nice. They handled all the paperwork directly with my insurance company so we didn't have to. I know that with the recent weather they had a lot of jobs going on, but they made me feel like I was important to them. I would definitely call them again if another pipe breaks.
